    Appeal in Lexicon case?

    By admin | September 16, 2008

It is being reported that Roger Rapoport’s and Steve Vander Ark’s attorneys are expected to file an appeal in the battle to get the book by Steve Vander Ark published. As you may remember, we reported last week that Judge Patterson had ruled in favor of Warner Bros. and JK Rowling.

Vander Ark, who founded the Lexicon Web site more than a decade ago, said he would revise the book and remove offending passages.

“I’ve always been very much willing to work with” Rowling and Warner Bros. “and try to see what can be done,” he said.

      *sigh*

I really hope this doesn’t dissuade JKR from writing her own encyclopedia.
