Griffiths returning for DH, but no Ineson?

Richard Griffiths, who plays Vernon Dursley in the movies, is confirmed to come back for Deathly Hallows. However, the agents of Ralph Ineson, who plays Amycus Carrow in the films, have said that there are no plans for him to be in Deathly Hallows. Of course, this could still change or another actor could get the part.
