Scene from Philosopher’s/Sorcerer’s Stone Voted Best Movie Moment of All Time

A scene from Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s/Sorcerer’s Stone has been voted, upon by 2,000 adults and children in a poll taken by Oreo Cookie Brand, to be the best movie moment of all time. The scene that was chosen from this movie was the scene where Daniel Radcliffe playing Harry Potter was embarking on his first trip to Hogwarts, as he discovered the platform nine-and-three-quarters at King’s Cross Station.
The Potter film beat out other hits like: Mary Poppins, E.T., Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, Toy Story, Lion King, The Wizard of Oz, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, and Finding Nemo.
