A New Look for Harry Potter!
By Adam | March 31, 2010
Bloomsbury has recently revealed the new cover layout for the Harry Potter series. The new cover illustrations were designed by Clare Melinsky.
‘I was delighted and excited to be asked to illustrate the covers for such massively famous books – and seven of them! It was top secret for the best part of a year.’
The illustrations (Books 1-7) can be found in the DM Gallery.

I agree. They do look outdated. Maybe they´re meant for grownups? I like Mary Grand Pre´s versions. Those are beautiful.
