Here is a list of the two foreign wizarding academies first mentioned in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.

Beauxbatons Academy

Headmistress: Olympe Maxime

Country of Origin: France (Possibly believed to be along the Mediterranean Coast, which would explain why the students were so cold at Hogwarts.)

Crest: Two crossed, golden wands, each bearing three stars

Name Meaning: "Beauxbatons" is French for "beautiful wands."
Students: Fleur Delacour, Gabrielle Delacour

Robes: Robes of fine silk, pale blue

Traveled to Hogwarts for the Triwizard Tournament in Book IV.

Durmstrang Institute

Headmaster: Igor Karkaroff

Country of Origin: Unplottable location, a castle in Northern Europe, so far north that the days in winter are very short.

Castle: The Durmstrang castle is not nearly as large as the Hogwarts castle, reportingly being compiled of four floors, but it's extensive grounds include lakes and mountains.

Crest: Unknown

Name Meaning: "Durmstrang" is an obvious play off the German phrase "Sturm und Drang," which means "storm and stress."

Students: Viktor Krum, Poliakoff

Robes: Fur robes, deep blood-red

Also traveled to Hogwarts for the Triwizard Tournament in Book IV.

There are no Wizarding universities, after completing school, you will be required to be trained in your the course of your choosing.
